Ingredients
-
2.5 cups oats
-
1/2 cup Brazil nuts, roughly chopped
-
1/2 cup pecans, roughly chopped
-
1/3 cup 'Sesame Kingdom' premium Tahini
-
1/4 cup 'Sesame kingdom' Silan - premium date syrup
-
2 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tsp vanilla extract
-
1/4 tsp sea salt
-
1/4 cup dried banana chips (or other dried fruit)
-
2 tbsp raisins
-
Large handful of halva, to crumble on top (I used 'Sesame kingdom' cinnamon-raisin flavour)

Method:

-
Preheat the oven to 170 C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
-
Add all ingredients, except dried banana, raisins and halva, to a large bowl and use a fork to mix together well.
-
Spread the mixture evenly onto the lined tray and use the back of a wooden spoon to press down tightly. Bake for 20 minutes, then scatter over the banana, raisins and halva.
-
Allow to cool completely, then store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.

Enjoy!
