
Tahini Loaf with Extras (Gluten free & Sugar free)
Ingredients:

6 tablespoons ‘Sesame Kingdom’ premium Tahini

2 tablespoons of ‘Sesame Kingdom’ premium Silan

4 eggs
-
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Pinch of salt

Add Extras of your choice into the Mixture:

5 Medjoole dates cut to small pieces + handful of nuts + a handful of Dried Cranberries

(You can also have raisins/almonds/cashews and almost any kind of dried fruit you like, but it's important to cut them to small pieces).

Sesame seeds (White & Black) for the topping

Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.

Make sure that the dried fruits are well assimilated in the batter and do not stand out.

Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf tin.

Sprinkle over sesame and bake for about 17 minutes.

Remove from oven to cool well
