Tahini Loaf with Extras (Gluten free & Sugar free)


  • 6 tablespoons ‘Sesame Kingdom’ premium Tahini

  • 2 tablespoons of ‘Sesame Kingdom’ premium Silan

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • Pinch of salt


  • Add Extras of your choice into the Mixture:

  • 5 Medjoole dates cut to small pieces + handful of nuts + a handful of Dried Cranberries

  • (You can also have raisins/almonds/cashews and almost any kind of dried fruit you like, but it's important to cut them to small pieces).

  • Sesame seeds (White & Black) for the topping



  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.

  3. Make sure that the dried fruits are well assimilated in the batter and do not stand out.

  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf tin.

  5. Sprinkle over sesame and bake for about 17 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven to cool well
