Halva cookies

with chocolate chunks and oatmeal

How to prepare the recipe:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. In a mixer with a guitar hook, process butter, two types of sugar and peanut butter at medium speed, until a ceramic mixture is obtained. Add the vanilla extract and the egg and process into a uniform mixture.

  3. Reduce the speed of the mixer, add flour, baking soda and salt until you get a uniform dough.

  4. Add oatmeal and chocolate chunks for short processors to disperse them in a mixture.

  5. Roll the mixture with wet hands into small balls, flatten them and put on a baking pan lined with baking paper.

  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the cookies are flattened, golden on the edges and the center still light and soft. (Cookies harden during cooling)
