150g Oats

50g Hazelnuts

25g Seeds

70ml SESAME KINGDOM premium Date Honey

1 tsp Sweetened cocoa powder 

25ml Maple syrup

30g SESAME KINGDOM Halva spread

50g Cherries

50g Apricot

30g Sugar cane

200g Frozen banana

1 tsp Nutmeg

Lemon juice (As Much as Needed)  


For the Granola:

  1. Bland Hazelnuts and mix them with oats, seeds, and nutmeg

  2. Add 50ml of Date honey and maple syrup. Mix again

  3. Place the mixture on a baking tray with baking paper (no oil needed)

  4. Bake in the oven for 20 min, 180 c

  5. Let the granola cool for at least 15 min

Making the Jam:

  1. Place Sugar cane, date honey, cherries, lemon juice and apricot in a sauce pan

  2. Cook for 10-15 min - medium heat

  3. Let the jam cool for at least 15 min


  1. Blend frozen bananas, Halva spread and cocoa powder

  2. Serve your nicecraem using layers of the jam, hanmade granola, and your favorite fruits
