Vinegar Coleslaw & nuts salad
Chop thinly 1 small white cabbage
Sprinkle some salt on it

sauce:
1/2 lemon/ 1lemon
A tablespoon of Sesame Kingdom Silan (Date syrup)
A pinch of salt
4 tablespoons olive oil
Mix with a blender stick
A generous handful of roasted Sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds
A generous amount of pine nuts ( and sliced almonds optional)
Mix well with hand to absorb the sauce
